The portage Ceramic Awards 2015 premier award winner "Wasters III (Accumulate)" by Raewyn Atkinson

The awards

The premier Portage Ceramic Award carries a prize of $15,000. Up to three merit awards totalling $3000 are also on offer. This year’s prize selection includes a residency or workshop programme at the International Ceramic Research Centre in Guldagergaard, Denmark.

Merit: Paul Maseyk - "Essential Equipment for a Competent Arsonist"
Merit: Virginia Leonard - "Too Many Surgeons".
John Parker won a residency at the International Ceramic Research Centre in Denmark.
John is a Life Member of the ASP.

The Portage Ceramic Awards exhibition is on at Te Uru from 13 November 2015 – 7 February 2016
