How to repair your broken ceramics using the Japanese Kintsugi method - 17 September (SOLD OUT) ...BOOK NOW for 1 October.

Kintsugi (also known as Kintsukuroi), which loosely translates to 'Golden Joinery', is the age-old Japanese art form of repairing broken ceramics in a way that is often considered more beautiful than when it was when whole.

This ancient technique is a true celebration of 'Wabi Sabi', the aesthetic appreciation of the broken, old or disregarded. Yuka will take you through easy step-by-step instructions on how to piece back together your broken ceramics with lacquer and golden powder.

Please bring your own broken piece.

Cost $60/per person plus you can buy an optional kit at the end of the session.
