The annual BIG CLAY DAY OUT is on again ...first Sunday in December. Heaps of fun clay-based activities, plenty of delicious food and LOTS of amazing pottery for sale in our HUGE market place just in time for Christmas. Fun for everyone.

The Big Clay Day is our MASSIVE annual FUNdraising day at Auckland Studio Potters.

Have-a-go on the pottery wheel! Buy your Christmas prezzies from our HUGE pottery market! Watch very experienced potters make fools of themselves in the Potters' Olympics! Smash some commercial crockery with porcelain rocks! Try a Tandoori meal from our own hand-made terracotta oven! Decorate and fire some raku pottery! Enjoy lots of other delicious food... Entertainment for everyone!!!  All profits raised at the BCDO goes straight back into upgrading the ASP facilities and keeping us running. 

Bring your family and friends for a great day out. 

HELP NEEDED:

Calling ALL ASP MEMBERS....  In order to make this day a spectacular success WE NEED YOU!!!!! Please email the office and let them know how you can help.... sales tables, raku, ticket sales, teaching have-a-go on a wheel, paint-a-pot, lucky dip, sausage sizzle, tandoori, tea/coffee/cake, beer/wine, raffle, other food stalls, general running around and helping out where needed.... there's something for EVERYONE.

Working bee: Friday 24 & Saturday 25 November. Set up day: Saturday 2 December. This means the studio will be closed on Friday 24 November, Saturday 25 November and Saturday 2 December.

Also, if you are a member, don't forget to book a table in our HUGE pottery market to sell your pottery.
